Urban Wildlife Appreciation Day
Get up close and personal with the local wildlife at Inwood Hill Park on Sat., May 7th from 12 – 3 p.m. The Urban Park Rangers will teach guests about animals that can be found at our local parks, including squirrels, coyotes, skunks, urban birds, and more. The Rangers, alongside state licensed rehabilitators and additional wildlife enthusiasts, will also inform participants about the best places to see wildlife in the city and how to safely interact with them. Please meet at the 218th Street and Indian Road entrance of Inwood Hill Park.
