Although the deadline to apply for pre-kindergarten seats in public schools has passed, applications for Universal Pre-K are still available for seats at Community-based Organizations throughout the city.

New York City children who turn four by December 31, 2014 are eligible to attend free pre-kindergarten in public school or community-based organization settings.

Community-based organization (CBO) pre-kindergarten programs manage their own admissions.  Families must contact CBOs directly to submit an application.
