A toll-free helpline—1-800-969-0677— has been established for Dominicans living in the United States seeking official information about victims of the Jet Set nightclub collapse in Santo Domingo.
The Government Information and Communications Technology Office (OGTIC, its acronym in Spanish) has established the hotline in collaboration with emergency agencies such as the Emergency Operations Center (COE, its acronym in Spanish).
It will provide updated details on those affected, including their health status and the medical facilities where they’ve been taken. The service is staffed by trained personnel and will be available from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
Additionally, the Dominican nationwide *462 service (option 1) is operating with extended hours until midnight and will return to its regular weekday schedule thereafter. OGTIC has also published a list of injured individuals and their assigned health centers on its website, www.ogtic.gob.do offering quick access to verified updates.

Se ha establecido una línea de ayuda gratuita (1-800-969-0677) para los dominicanos residentes en Estados Unidos que buscan información oficial sobre las víctimas del derrumbe del club nocturno Jet Set en Santo Domingo.
La Oficina Gubernamental de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (OGTIC) ha establecido esta línea en colaboración con agencias de emergencia como el Centro de Operaciones de Emergencia (COE).
Proporcionará información actualizada sobre los afectados, incluyendo su estado de salud y los centros médicos a los que fueron trasladados. El servicio cuenta con personal capacitado y estará disponible de 8:00 a. m. a medianoche.
Además, el servicio nacional dominicano *462 (opción 1) opera con horario extendido hasta la medianoche y, posteriormente, volverá a su horario habitual entre semana. La OGTIC también ha publicado una lista de las personas lesionadas y sus centros de salud asignados en su sitio web, www.ogtic.gob.do, que ofrece acceso rápido a actualizaciones verificadas.
