Halloween Stuff to Do

Trick-or-Treat at the Inwood Center

Children 11 and under accompanied by an adult are invited to visit participating businesses in the offices of Workspace and the Inwood Center.

When: Fri., Oct. 30, 3p.m.-5p.m.

Where: 5030 Broadway, between W. 212th and 213th Street

Cost: Free

 

Manhattan Kids Guide Trick-or-Treat Tour

Join in the parade as ghoulish kids hit the streets and participating Inwood merchants for a safe and fun Halloween afternoon of trick-or-treating. Organizer and new mom Alison Stamas has pulled together over a dozen businesses for kids to stop at on the tour.

When: Sat., Oct. 31, Noon

Where: Start at Grandpa’s Pizza, Broadway and Isham Street. Parade will head south on Broadway, then east on Dyckman Street stopping on Vermilyea Avenue, ending at La Sala 78 at 111 Dyckman Street.

Cost: Free

The 6th Annual Inwood Hill Haunted Forest and House

Take a tour through Manhattan's last remaining natural forest.
Visit our bonfire for story telling then proceed through the cemetery and on to other scary encounters.

When: Sat., Oct. 31 5pm -10pm

Where: Enter Inwood Hill Park at W.218th Street and Indian Road

Cost: Free Event - Bring the Family - Free Giveaways.

 

Proytecto Cultural Tipico Dominico presents Halloween in the Heights

Costume contest and raffle.

When: Sat., Oct. 31 3p.m.

Where: On the street - W. 175th Street between Broadway and Wadsworth Avenue
