Sosúa: Dare to Dance Together the original musical performance conceived by Victoria Neznansky at the YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood, and created and composed by Liz Swados, performed at at the Museum of Jewish Heritage this past Sun., Jan. 29th in honor of National Holocaust Remembrance Day. In "Sosúa," Jewish and Dominican teens from New York City share and connect their personal experiences with the history of Jewish people escaping the Holocaust and finding sanctuary in the Dominican Republic.
