The 34th Precinct Community Affairs Unit announced the precinct had seized 12 motorcycles over the Fourth of July weekend as part of a summer-long campaign to address quality of life conditions.

This past Wed., July 6th, the 34th Precinct Community announced that it had seized 12 motorcycles during the July 4th weekend, and released an image of the dozen confiscated vehicles.

The notice, sent out by Police Officer Haydee Pabey, of the Precinct’s Community Affairs, explained that the reason for the seizure was “noise pollution and hazardous conditions.”

The seizure of the motorcycles was described as an ongoing effort to combat quality of life conditions, and one that would continue throughout the summer.
