Congressman Rangel will be hosting the Rangel Career Fair as part of a continued effort to spur economic recovery in the Manhattan Congressional District on Mon., Nov. 14th, 2011 from 10 am to 4pm, at The City College of New York in the Great Hall of Shepard Hall on West 138th Street and Convent Avenue. The fair will involve various employers and non-profit organizations to provide networking opportunities for job seekers and connect them to employers. The Rangel Career Fair will have representatives from: Microsoft, Walmart, MTA, CBS, New York Life Insurance, NY State Police, Hertz, Delta Airlines, Estee Lauder, JP Morgan, AMC, Autozone, Peace Corps and will showcase over 60 organizations ready to hire.
Business attire required for entry, and no admittance will be granted after 3:15pm. Also, no backpacks or large bags will be permitted. Please bring multiple copies of updated resumes.
