How quickly June passes. The month-long Uptown Arts Stroll comes to an end on Mon., June 27 with a closing reception at Apt. 78 from 7 to 9 p.m.
The Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance has been the primary organizer of the ninth annual Stroll and is putting together an “Artists’ Salon” for the closing, featuring an open mic. The closing is being co-sponsored by the State Farm Insurance office of Julio Tejada on St. Nicholas Avenue, who will share special insurance packages for artists.
The salon will be held at 4447 Broadway at W. 191st Street.
