Be you maiden or knight, wizard or knave, when it hits, there will be no denying the desire to frolic as if in medieval times.

And when the Festival comes to you, and lands in your own forest, Fort Tryon Park, unfurling bright banners and processional flags, as did the 27th Annual Medieval Festival this past Sunday, Oct. 2nd., then you have much to cheer.

With authentic medieval music, dance, magic and performances, complete with knights jousting on horseback, the Festival remains, as always, a feast for the senses.
