It’s Northern Manhattan’s largest parcel of underdeveloped land, the swatch of East Inwood sandwiched between 10th Avenue and the Harlem River known as Sherman Creek, and it has long tantalized the community with its potential new uses.
The city will unveil the latest version of its waterfront master plan on Thu., Aug. 5 at 6pm at Dyckman Houses Senior Center, 3754 10th Ave. at W. 201st St.
The meeting, led by the New York City Department of Economic Development, will solicit community feedback on some preliminary design directions for the esplanade.
